We want you to love your Mumu pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

Pack and Label

Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original hangtags are still attached.

Drop It Off

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
